<p>Con PonyProg è anche possibile impostare bit e blocchi FUSE. Si può salvare qualsiasi file HEX in file BIN o eep, file
BIN in file HEX o MOT e viceversa, perciò PonyProg può anche essere utilizzato come convertitore. PonyProg offre programmazione
su porta seriale o parallela per uC. Si può anche modificare la polarità delle linee di controllo senza toccare i cavi
usando le impostazioni della porta di I/O.</p>
<p>Attualmente non è possibile usare PonyProg insieme con adattatori USB2serial generici! Gli autori originali hanno in
programma di usare libusb per aggiungere tale funzionalità.</p>
